Situated a mile from Longbeech, Ocknell is a heathland campsite with spectacular views of the New Forest countryside.
This peaceful campsite is good for walkers and cyclists who can enjoy the many footpaths and cycle paths through the forest. Both Ocknell and Longbeech are only 16 miles from Salisbury where you can discover the city’s Roman history and visit the magnificent cathedral.
Campers can also enjoy a stunning short cycle ride which takes you to deer viewing at Bolderwood. The campsite is a short drive from the local shop at Bramshaw and pubs in Fritham are around a 30 minute walk away. There are a number of attractions close to the campsite including the Rockbourne Roman Villa and the Fordingbridge Country Museum.
